• At our business, we offer a convenient and easy-to-use ordering process for our customers. Once they have selected the service they require, they can simply click on the order button located at the bottom of the page. This will redirect them to a Google Form where they will fill in all the necessary information required for the message to be created for them.

• After completing the form, the customer will receive a message and a link, directing them to make their payment.

• The link will redirect them to a Payable Form that will indicate the total amount they have to pay and the different forms of payment they can use, whether it's a debit or credit card, or their PayPal account.

• Once the customer has completed their payment, we will send an email confirming that we have received their order and payment, and that we are currently processing their order.

• After the message has been processed, it will be emailed to the customer in the form of a PDF document. They can then choose to convert the document to a word document or simply copy the message from the PDF and send it to the intended recipient.
